Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing Makes roughly 3/4 cup of dressing

• 1 small shallot, minced
• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar with ‘the mother’ in it
• 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp. honey
• 1/4 tsp. sea salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper

Italian Salad Dressing Makes roughly 2 cups of dressing

• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. honey
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 1 tsp. dried Italian herb blend
• 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 clove of garlic, minced

Balsamic Salad Dressing Makes roughly 3/4 cup of dressing

• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp. honey
• 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 shallot, minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake well

Notes:

* Will stay good refrigerated for 7-10 days
