17 Spices That You Probably Already Have In Your Cupboard And How To Use Them
I’d like to propose something radical. Have you ever thought about your spice cupboard as a MEDICINE CUPBOARD?
Well, it IS!
I’d like to challenge you the next time you are cooking to open up where you keep the spices and think about what you could add to your cooking! This is radical thinking. How can we create a preventative health care routine? By eating more tasty food. It's that simple.
Sign up for this free PDF for inspiration on how to use 17 spices you probably already have in your cupboard and education on how they can have an impact on your health.
There only remains one question, will you accept the challenge?
Let’s get healing! I mean cooking!
Food, MOod + Poop Journal
YOU, my love, have some of the best diagnostic tools right at your fingertips!
The FOOD you eat, your elimination patterns (we are talking POOP here!), and the noticeable symptoms and signs your body is communicating with you throughout the day (MOOD).
This Food Mood Poop journal helps us to become our own body detectives and interpreters of our own unique language.
This alone can help you feel better faster without spending any money or wondering if the next fad or dietary theory is the one that is finally going to do the trick for you.
If you find that you have bothersome complaints that don’t seem to resolve like psoriasis, anxiety, fatigue, nighttime waking or perhaps bigger issues and confirmed diagnoses then a great place to start is recording what you eat each day (food), what symptoms you are experiencing (‘mood’), and your bowel movements (poop).
Once you have a few days written down you can look back and start connecting the dots looking out for patterns. It’s important that we don’t place any judgment on this activity. There is no right or wrong, good or bad. What works for you could have the opposite effect on someone else and vice versa. Making small incremental changes and experimenting can have a BIG impact!
Once you sign up for your free Food Mood Poop journal I will email a few tips and tricks to help you along with the process.
