I believe that our bodies know exactly what to do to heal and maintain optimum health. Why then do so many of us experience symptoms varying from low level discomfort that we’ve accepted as our ‘norm’ to debilitating symptoms that prevent us from living the life we want and deserve?

When it comes to improving their health, most people are searching for a solution that will give them long-lasting results. As simple as this may seem, it can feel incredibly confusing navigating through all the conflicting information that there is on the Internet, searching for what will actually work. 

I understand how frustrating this can feel. Not only have I been on this journey myself, but nearly every one of my clients comes to me feeling frustrated and often overwhelmed by creating sustainable change for their unique bodies and minds.

Through my own battle with several health challenges including IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), candida, autoimmune, panic attacks, and anxiety, I have learned how to listen to what my body is telling me so I can make empowered choices. 
 

Now as a Health Coach, I use this knowledge to teach my clients how to do the same!  Whether you desire increased energy, clear skin, or to reduce disease induced symptoms that are causing you pain, you will get to the roots with me as your guide.

By focusing on your holistic health, You will be supported through making connections of how one area may be affecting another. Together we'll take a look at your nutritional diet, relationships, habits, physical activity, and more.

Nutrition and what you are consuming has a direct effect on your body, mind, and soul. Within our time together we spend part of it exploring what foods work and don’t work for you so that you can adjust your diet to optimize how you feel. No more navigating the world of information out there on your own. One person’s health can be another person’s poison. Whether you want to gain more energy to keep up with your busy schedule or reverse health hurdles such as diabetes, anxiety, IBS, and more, nutrition will play a core role.

Making adjustments in your surrounding environment, daily lifestyle, as well as the various relationships in your life is another piece that we will work on during our 6-month program. We take a full holistic look at every area of your life so we can work together and have an overall big impact. By talking through these areas, we can determine each piece and how to create a lifestyle and environment that allows you to thrive.

Herbal Remedies

Herbs have been used for healing purposes for thousands of years and are making a big comeback in the mainstream. People are often drawn to incorporating herbs because it offers various healing properties and is a natural alternative. The possibilities are quite endless with this approach to health. They can be brought into your life through cooking or creating custom blends and herbal teas. This part of the program is completely optional.

Preventative healthcare will serve you with purpose and power rather than reaction and fear. You will gain a deep understanding of your body by maintaining a health regime that is tailored just to you, this way preventing health challenges from even forming in the first place.
