We start off with a Comprehensive Health History where we get to connect the dots looking back in order to tailor a plan moving forward. This is a mini-version of Erin's coaching program that is customized for each unique individual. We meet every other week for tracking, assessing, and initiating small incremental tasks to help you reach your health goals easily and sustainably.
Erin’s commitment to you is that this process is enjoyable and rewarding. It includes eating tasty food and you will always feel satiated. No confusing diets or hungry bellies!
This program is most effective for someone who is deeply curious about their health and ready to put dedicated work in. We will get to the root cause of any symptoms and reach your health goals in a way that creates sustainability with ease moving forward. This is not suitable for someone who is looking for a quick fix.
