Yield: Makes roughly 1.5 cups of hummus (I like to double this recipe!)

Instructions
- Chop garlic, salt and cumin in food processor
- Add tahini and lemon juice
- Add rinsed garbanzo beans & pulse
- Slowly add 1/2 cup olive oil and 2 tbsp. water (or reserved water from garbanzo beans) and blend until smooth adding more water until you reach desired consistency
- If adding flavor: Use the original recipe at the top plus whatever flavors you choose above.
