This is an Eight-Week Live Group Program for Health-Conscious People Who Want to Understand their Own Unique Food Intolerances.

It took me 8 years to figure out what foods nourished me and what foods depleted me and another 5 years to turn it from a thought model of deprivation to one of empowerment. The good news? It doesn’t have to take this long! I created a program and am going to personally walk you through this process in just EIGHT weeks.
